Section 1 General Provisions and Introduction

290bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and the Platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Additional special terms may apply to specific sections of the Platform and will apply alongside these general Terms.

Section 2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Section 4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is successful, it will be added to the account balance immediately.
• No platform fee applies to deposits, however your bank or mobile financial service provider may charge their own fees.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.

Section 5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

290bet offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement 25x). You cannot withdraw directly from a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the offer details; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• 290bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If bonus abuse or any suspicious activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

Section 6 Betting and Gaming Guidelines

Slots, casino games, cricket betting, and other entertainment games are available on the 290bet platform. Each game category has its own specific rules.

• Once placed, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless cancellation is required due to a technical error on the platform.
• 290bet reserves the right to review the outcome of any bet affected by a system error, network issue, or third-party server problem.
• If a technical error in a game result is proven, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned.
• In live games, the rules of the provider apply. Terms for Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers follow their own policies.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 290bet platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Abusing bonus or promotion benefits (including bonus arbitrage).
• Hacking game software, using bots, or using any automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process illegal funds.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information with the intent to damage the reputation of the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Us

290bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, particularly in the event of a rule violation, without prior notice. Withdrawal processing will be held during the suspension period.

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance.

Section 9 Limitation of Liability

The 290bet platform operates for entertainment purposes. Our liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• If a third-party game provider's server is down.
• In the event of an unforeseen technical issue or force majeure.
• If the user suffers a loss as a result of sharing their login details with another person.

290bet is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the directly proven loss in any specific incident.
